In this episode, we dive into the incredible and tragic story of the HMHS Britannic, the lesser-known sister ship of the Titanic. Originally designed for luxury, Britannic became a hospital ship during World War I — only to meet a devastating fate in the Aegean Sea in 1916. Even more incredible, a Titanic survivor, Violet Jessop, once again found herself on a sinking ship, but this time her tale would be far more harrowing.
